David Chon is a member of the firm’s Probate Group. He has been practicing exclusively in the areas of trusts, probate, estates, conservatorship and guardianship law for the past sixteen years.

Experience:

  • David Chon has handled hundreds of contested matters over trustee removal, accountings, and related surcharge actions for both individual and corporate trustees. He has also handled hundreds of contested matters concerning disputed estate plans and deeds relating to the capacity or undue influence of vulnerable adults.
  • Prior to practicing law, David worked as a consultant and advocate at a prestigious non-profit civil rights litigation firm specializing in providing access to individuals with disabilities.
